THE TEAM
Owner Mark Charlesworth
Mark is born and raised in Langley and committed to offering high quality renovations for homeowners, real estate investors and realtors east of the Fraser River. With over ten years of experience in management and certification as a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician, he started 1364 Services Inc. in 2014 as an electrical contractor business. After changing direction in 2018, he set his sights on becoming the most efficient and finely tuned General Contractors in the area. His highly analytical and detail-oriented nature combined with his extensive renovations and construction experience fuel him to provide the best renovation experience possible. Mark is an avid mountain biker, wake surfer, snowboarder and runner. Mark and his wife have two kids, and he is a proud hockey, soccer and canoe kayak dad!
Sales and Client Relations Manager
Richard Klann
After university, Richard started as a project manager for a small restoration company in Edmonton, Alberta. Moving to the lower mainland over 25 years ago, Richard has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including painting and drywall, carpentry and cabinetry both hands-on and in a project management capacity.
Richard’s eye for detail and continuous pursuit of quality are a perfect match to achieve high quality home renovations for our clients.
Richard and his family have lived in Langley for over 20 years and he continues to coach both his daughters U 15 team and a boys U 17 team.
